Each Tenzing product comes with a simple lifetime warranty. During the lifetime of your Tenzing product, if it fails under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it, at our option.
By "lifetime," we aren't guaranteeing that the product will last forever — like anything else, it will eventually wear out. What we do mean by "lifetime" is the useful life of the product. By "normal use," we mean use of the product for its designed purpose. This means that our warranty does not cover any damage caused by things such as neglect, fire, theft, misuse, abuse, vandalism, and the like. We are also not responsible for any items stored inside our products as proper packing of equipment is the user's responsibility. If we choose to replace your Tenzing product, we will provide you with a comparable or better product, as the availability of an identical product cannot be guaranteed.
To use our Warranty, please follow this process:

Call one of our customer service representatives at 1-888-707-7678 and let us know what your problem is. We'll take a detailed account of the damage and issue you a case number.
- Please provide us the pack model, when you purchased the product and from which of our retail partners you purchased it.
- Send your product along with your case number
- Provide a brief description of the issue and mark any areas of concern with masking tape. Include your full contact information, including: name shipping address, phone number and email

NOTE: Please do not take your product for Warranty service back to the retailer or authorized dealer, as this will slow our ability to solve your issue.
NOTE: Items returned for Warranty service must be clean. Packs soiled with blood or other substances will be returned to sender.
- Where Warranty coverage applies, receive your repaired product or a replacement product within 30 days of the delivery of your damaged product to us.
The Warranty described above takes the place of and excludes any other warranties not expressly set forth above, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the preceding limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
